APN-PAD's Team consists of dynamic changemakers, global leaders, human rights advocates, academics, and civil society leaders from the Asia Pacific Region. We have an impressive track record  on advocating for and  safeguarding  the human rights of minorities, and People of African Descent in the Asia Pacific Region. We are dedicated promoters of  diversity, inclusion, and equality at national, regional, and international levels.  Our work is guided by robust  regional and international networking and partnerships aligned with the United Nations First, and Second International Decades for People of African Descent, well as  the International  Convention on the  Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, and national, regional human rights institutions and mechanisms.  Our team consider the protection of human rights and dignity as a core element in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
